We wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the package. Please clearly indicate your order number in your email as well as attaching any photos that show the defects or damages.
We will work with you to find out the best way to fix the issues. Most of the time you don't need to return the product. Please keep or discard the existing print and we will send you a replacement at our own cost.
However, if your purchase includes a frame product, please do return
Once you receive your replacement item, please use the same pacakging material to return the defect/damaged frame back to us. The customer support person you are working with will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please get in touch when the parcel is ready.
We have a no questions asked refund policy. If you are unhappy with the purchase and our customer support team fails to fix the issues for you, please get in touch and quote your order number, we'll arrange a refund within one business day.
Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three (3) business days upon confirmation from our support team.
Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to five (5) business days business for Apple to post the refund to your bank after we receive these information.
