2019 Christmas Shopping cut-off dates
The guaranteed shipment deadline for standard shipping is 17th December. Priority shipping deadline is 19th December.
We have already scheduled production run over the weekend of 21st and 22nd to finish off the orders. We will try our best to fulfill your order even if you submit the orders after the deadline. But please do try to put your order through earlier to avoid disappointment.
How do I order duplicates?
Hover your cursor over the photo in the shopping cart screen and hit the "+" sign on the quantity. You will have multiple copies of the same set of prints this way.
Can I save my order and continue later?
Yes, you sure can. Just click "Remove from cart". You can still access or make modifications to the project through the "Top navigation menu > Accounts > Projects".
Can I re-order a past purchase?
The easiest way is to head to the Projects page, go to the projects you want to re-order and click the "Add to Cart" button.
How do I add a promo code to my order?
When you come to the checkout process, promo codes can be entered at the Review stage. Click "Have a promo code?" link and enter the code you wish to redeem, then click Apply.
How many coupon codes can I apply to my courses in my Cart?
You can apply one coupon or promo code at a time.
Can order be combined for shipping?
We always try to combine orders into one shipment, but we cannot guarantee this will be done, as different products have different production times. Please do get in touch and we'll try our best to accommodate your needs.
Orders ship the day they are completed and invoiced if completed by carrier cut-off times.
Can I expedite my order?
We can definitely expedite your order! (For an additional charge.) You can do this by e-mailing us your order
Please note that production time is still 2-4 business days regardless of your shipping method. We will normally jump the queue for you if it's humanly possible.
The estimated arrival date of expedited shipments is in no way guaranteed. We cannot control the forces that sway shipments around the world, though Storm is our favourite X-man.
Shipping & Making Changes to Order
Can I change my address?
If you would like to change your address please get in touch ASAP. Generally, we can change the shipping addresses of unshipped orders.
When we change your address on our end, this may not show up on your shipping confirmation notice. This e-mail pulls information from a static page, so any changes we made may not be reflected in the e-mail.
If your order has already shipped we cannot change your shipping address. But the good news is that you can redirect your order through CourierPost's Parcel Redirect service. (Yes, it's free and you can redirect to an address that's within 75km of the original one.)

Can I make changes to my order?
If you would like to change your address please get in touch ASAP. We'll normally process your orders within 48 hours so please try to get in touch within this period.
For faster, more accurate service when contacting us about your order status, please provide the correct order number from the confirmation email.
How can I check the status of my order?
Log into your account and from the top navigation menu, select Orders and you'll see the status for each order.
