What's next: You'll be taken to the editor page to upload photos, crop them, customise and preview the final print.
I absolutely love my prints but they are a bit curved. Is that normal? Is there anything I can do to flatten them?
Yes. The sheets are printed on a roll of professional photo paper and then manually cut to size. So there will be a slight curve to them.
The most effective way to "decurl" them is to reverse wind the prints, secure them with 3-4 wide rubber band placed at even intervals. Leave them for 48 hours. By the way, putting heavy weight on them is probably the least effective way.
Do I need to crop the photos before uploading them?
Nope. During the upload process, the website will automatically crop the photos to the right aspect ratio and sizes. There is also a cropper tool you can use to make fine adjustments.
When I tried to upload photos from Dropbox and Instagram, I clicked the button in the toolbar but nothing happened. Any ideas why?
We'd like to say thank you to the following customers and photographers for their images.
Our customer Kerri Keelty from Hamilton was so generous to allow us to use her family photos in these shots. Photo copyright belongs to Nicole Troost Photography. If you have a spare moments, click through and enjoy the beautiful photos she had in her portfolio.
