We are a small, independent company and we live or die based on our customer's decisions. (Actually, we prefer the term “client”, since “client” implies a relationship, instead of “customer”, which is transactional. But I'll use the normal term instead of confusing things.)
We always appreciate it when a customer reaches out to us, asking questions, giving feedbacks, or just to show us what the prints look like on the wall.
There are three ways you can contact us:
Option 1: Email Support - Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within one business day (and we do aim for a faster turn around time).
Option 2: Email Alex - Please send me an email at email@example.com. Alex will get back to you when he checks email, which happens multiple times every day.
Option 3: Ring Alex - We are pretty good at replying to emails. But if you desperately
