Rearrange photos in the editor

A question we often receive is how to rearrange photos in the editor? This is quite a common thing to want to do if you are creating any of our products which display multiple photos (collage poster, collage framed prints, calendar, photobooth strips, giant photostrips) and it only takes a couple of clicks.

Drag and drop to rearrange

  1. Choose the product your want, click Buy now and load your photos into the editor.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click the Preview button to see a preview of your product.
  3. From the Preview mode you can drag and drop your photos anywhere within the assigned space to rearrange their order. Click on the image button to go back to a grid view of all the photos loaded into your project.

Tip: The photos will be placed in the position you drag them to and all the other photos moved along one. We have had many requests for a "swap" feature when rearranging photos and the team are working on bringing you this feature soon.

Sort to rearrange

Another simple way to rearrange your photos is to sort them by Random, Filename, Uploaded Date, or Date Taken.

  1. Choose the product your want, click Buy now and load your photos into the editor.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click the Preview button to see a preview of your product.
  3. Click the Sort button and select the way you would like the photos sorted - Random, Filename, Uploaded At, Taken At. Click on the image button to go back to a grid view of all the photos loaded into your project.
