What are in your New Year's Resolutions for 2016? Here are ten things we want to achieve this year.

Reduce the production time to one business day. Our average turnaround time was between 1.8 and 2.7 days in 2015. Your responses to our customer satisfaction survey showed that speed had the highest impact on your shopping experience. With better inventory management and pre-made frames we feel confident that we can accomplish our goal to become the world's first photo printing company to offer an one business day turnaround time.

Improve the packaging. We saw a shipping damage rate of about 2% in 2015, and we want to lower that to 0.5%. Our team will work with industry experts to custom design and manufacture our packaging. We would like to work with remarkable New Zealand artists to give our packaging a more fun look.

Launch four new products. We launched three new products in 2015, and the feedback has been overwhelming positive. We have two of the four new ones already prototyped: the wall stripes and the World's-Most-Personalised-Calendar. We are still playing with different possibilities for the other two. Much faster upload speed. We plan to move our server from Singapore back to New Zealand. It may cost us 3 times more money, but the website could be 5-10 times faster. Much happier customers mean the money will be well spent.

Launch a user account system. So you can save your photos and re-order without re-uploading them, check current processing status, and view your previous orders. Having your own account also lays the groundwork for introducing a customer loyalty programme which allows us to thank you for your continued support.

Support printing photos directly from your Instagram, Dropbox, Google Photo, and Facebook accounts. Saving you lots of time downloading them onto your mobile phone or computer, and then re-uploading to us.

Launch the Inspiration Gallery. Our goal is to make it super easy for you to find beautiful and visual examples based on room type, style, budget, colour scheme and a few other options.

Post on our blog at least once every week. We will write about mobile photography tips, introduce great pictures of the week and share our thoughts on the latest apps.

Stay small. Stay independent. Stay humble. Only invest in projects that we can make a long-term impact. Never waver from putting our customers’ needs first.
